Research Grants Scheme
Call for Proposals - closing date 30 September 2014. The Council is delighted to announce the launch of a Research Grants Scheme. The scheme aims to allocate up to €10,000 per annum to one or more research projects which have the potential to generate new knowledge in the field of veterinary medicine.

2013 Election Result
The Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine will be informed of the results of the election and will make appointments to the Veterinary Council under Section 16 (1)(h) of the Veterinary Practice Act 2005 and the Veterinary Practice (Amendment) Act 2012.
